“Extremely happy with the service of Vikash. He was exceptional and his customer service was 10/10. The furniture in this store beats every other retailer. We are so happy.”

It means the piece isn't full-price retail stock. Usually it's been on a showroom floor, it's a sample, or it's an end-of-line model. Same manufacturer, same build – lower price.

Yes. Come into the warehouse holding the piece and inspect the exact item. We'll point out any display marks up front.

Most pieces are one-off. When one sells, the listing comes down for good – we don't restock them.

From Sydney, yes – enter your postcode on any Sydney piece and it'll quote you the delivery price on the spot. Melbourne stock is Pick up only from our Epping warehouse. Either way, call us and we'll sort it out.
